Retired Jack Russell Terriers
A new chapter for our much-loved companions. Meet Jingle and Donald, two mature terriers looking for forever homes that fit their individual personalities and needs.
Jingle
Looking for a Very Special Home for Our Girl Jingle
Jingle is a pure Jack Russell Terrier, approximately 8 to 9 years old, and she is absolutely beautiful. After years of being part of the British Grit family, we are looking to place her in the perfect forever home.
Jingle’s home requirements
She must be the only pet in the home.
She has a very strong prey drive and does not do well with other animals.
She needs a secure property where she cannot get out.
We are upfront about these needs because her safety matters to us more than anything.
She has lived in the house before and could settle beautifully with the right family. She may need some reminders with house training as she is currently in the kennel. She is still intact.
If you are looking for a loyal, gorgeous, one-of-a-kind companion and can offer her a safe and loving home as the queen of the castle, we would love to hear from you.
Donald
Our Sweet Boy Donald is Ready for His Forever Home
Meet Meynell-Sundance Donald. He is approximately 10 years old, a tri-colored broken-coated Jack Russell Terrier standing 13.5 inches, registered with the JRTCGB, and imported from England from Meynell-Sundance Kennels.
Donald is retired from the British Grit breeding program, and now it is his turn to be spoiled.
He is one of the funniest, silliest, most lovable dogs you will ever meet. He loves people, loves attention, and loves being close to his family. He gets along with other dogs and would be a wonderful addition to the right home.
Planning for Donald’s new home
He will need to be neutered, and we are happy to work something out with his forever family on that.
If Donald sounds like the dog your family has been waiting for, reach out and let’s talk.

British Grit Popeye &
Olive Oyl
"Popeye is so much like her! Both jacks are so wonderful but Popeye talks to you."
He is so smart and has so much character! He really should be in movies because his eyes have so much love and life! I am so glad we took Olive Oyl because they are inseparable and entertain each other. Spirit sure made some good puppies!

British Grit Sassafras
"On the way home, we picked up a bag of the Taste of the Wild puppy food you mentioned."
Once we got home, Sassafras ate dinner and played for a bit, then got sleepy and didn’t wake up again until the morning. We had some good long play sessions and a few naps today, and now she’s all worn out and sleeping."
