At British Grit Jack Russell Terriers, we are proud to offer family-raised Jack Russell Terrier puppies bred from champion bloodlines with outstanding temperament and structure. Our puppies are well-socialized, healthy, and ready to join the right homes.

A secure, fenced yard (Jack Russells are known escape artists!)

All of our Jack Russell Terriers are Show Champions or have Show Champion Bloodlines, the majority have been imported from England.
Their ancestors were developed in England some 200 years ago to hunt foxes, the Jack Russell Terrier, also known as the Parson Russell Terrier, is a lively, independent, and clever little dog. They are charming and affectionate, but also a handful to train and manage.
Historically bred for hunting, Jack Russell Terriers are as brilliant as they are athletic, to the point where sometimes it’s hard to remember that you’re the boss… well, you are… right?

We’re excited to share that British Grit High Hopes — “Hopie” for short — is ready for her forever home!
Hopie is a Meynell-Sundance Dash x Meynell-Sundance Donald puppy and will be 9 weeks old the day after tomorrow. She’s travel-ready and absolutely full of personality.
She was the only puppy in her litter, so she’s been spoiled with attention and it shows. She’s confident, social, and full of energy — running flat out with her mama and loving every second.
But she’s not all go-go-go — Hopie is also incredibly affectionate. She loves to be held, cuddled, and played with. She's the perfect balance of playful and sweet.

Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, we do! Our Jack Russell Terrier puppies are in high demand. We recommend joining the waiting list early to secure your spot. Your place is set when we receive your deposit.
What is the price of a puppy?
Our puppies typically start at $1,500. A reservation deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot.
Do you ship puppies?
We prefer to meet our puppy families in person. However, we are happy to work with you to arrange safe transportation if needed — contact us to discuss options.
What kind of home do Jack Russells need?

Are your puppies registered?
Yes — our puppies are from JRTCA or JRTCGB registered parents, and are eligible for registration with the JRTCA when they reach one year of age.

Absolutely! We welcome visits by appointment so you can meet our dogs and see where they’re raised.

Fill out our quick application or call us at (530)408-8334 to check puppy availability. Once approved, you can place a deposit to reserve your pup.
Step 2: Deposit & Reservation
Throughout your puppy’s first 8 weeks, we’ll send you updates and photos so you can follow their progress.
Pick-Up & Welcome Home
Your puppy will be ready for pick-up at 8 weeks — well-socialized, up to date on vaccinations, and introduced to basic training. We’ll go over a few simple training tips together so you’re set up for success.
